The front yard

Here's a picture of our house that was used when the previous owners put the house on the market. Cute enough, but WOW! those shrubs in the front are just a little dated.



Andy removed the shrubs one afternoon as a surprise for me, and then he painted out some new planting beds.






Testing it out in advance.

Charlie performed an inspection... we think he approved.

Taa-daa!! Freshly mulched with ornamental grasses (Pennisetum "Hameln", to be exact). I planted tulip and hycanith bulbs in the beds, so it should be quite pretty come spring.
